what is lyricism in rap music hiphop

rap lyricism is at its roots is how you express yourself and how it is different from entertainment. so in short to be a lyricist you have to express yourself and lyricism is the creativity you created. what then is creative about lyricism. just the lyrics you made. thats right the whole writing. so then how can one be more lyrical then another. in writting you can express more or have more substance or what your writing about can just be more important or have more value in some way that its topic is just as important to bring up. in rap there are things that will always be more lyrical to talk about such as the fight on racism and making sure everyone is treated with dignity.
