art and how to draw part 1

so how to draw. you need a pencil and paper and when it becomes art is the moment the pencil is used on the paper. if you draw good then does that make it art. simple art can be really good art. you can draw concept based or look up what to draw and if it looks close to what you looked up it might be good art. but there are copyrighted works and you cant draw everything and release it. in fact im not sure what the rules are to drawing the things you see so id take pictures and draw from the pictures. if you can draw without looking at something then we are ready to begin the tutorial

try drawing things lightly or quickly and swirl the pencil to doodle if you need to shade. as well as shade normally. doodle shading is when you do both and erase but keep what you need to see the shading. doodle on lines to make it seem shaded before or after the line just depends. if you do this it can make different tones i find necessary for realistic drawings.
